- Hike Description- This moderately challenging desert hike provides a great experience with encounters of wildlife like deer, squirrels, and birds. Be prepared to cross the creek a few times, though the water level remains relatively low, making it an excellent pet and kid-friendly adventure with lovely views. - The high will be in the mid 80's and the trail is very exposed at times. Definitely bring a hat and wear layers.
- There's great birdwatching in Madera, so I would also suggest that you bring your binoculars
