All Fitness Classes are free of charge in honor of BEYOND on January 12th, 2019!

9:00 AM: Young Yogis Ages 2-5 for BEYOND
One-time class to celebrate BEYOND!!
Join certified ChildLight yoga instructor, Carolyn Reece for Young Yogis, a one-day event for children ages 2-5. Young Yogis will have a blast strengthening their bodies through yoga, games, and movement! Class begins with a mindful moment before we take an adventure on our yoga mats.
- Equipment and supplies provided.
- No yoga experience needed.
- Caregiver participation required.
- This class is designed for one caregiver and one child pairs.

10:30 AM: Core & Flex Fitness Class
This class is free today to celebrate all the community event for Beyond!
An all-levels fitness class that works your entire core! Core & Flex will incorporate mat work, exercise balls & light equipment, adding dynamic stretching to elongate your muscles and improve flexibility. Register for this class below, as space is limited. Please come dressed for activity.

11:30 AM: Strength and Balance Fitness Class
This class is free today to celebrate all the community events to celebrate Beyond!
A total body workout focused on core stabilization, improved balance & training muscles for more intense weight loading exercises in a circuit-style format. Incorporating upper and lower body strength training moves with light equipment, this class is great for anyone looking to cross-train, add strength training to your exercise regimen or jump start a fitness routine. Register for this class below, as space is limited. Please come dressed for activity.
Please Note: Participants should be able to move up and down from the floor without assistance. This class is not for severe balance issues.
