Let’s Get Lean 1:15 p.m.
Join us at The Core for Let’s Get Lean fitness class with Joanna Dinan! Utilizing a unique approach to floor Barre Ballet based movements and Core Strength, hand weights and bands will strengthen and tone your entire body. This class is great for all levels!
Pilates Plus 2:30 p.m.
Join us at The Core for Pilates Plus with Joanna Dinan! Using light resistance and Pilates based movements; you will strengthen and stabilize the core while sculpting your muscles. This class is great for all levels!
